How much off can a Mitsubishi dealership go down off sticker price for a lancer gts or evo or radiant?

I plan on buying a mitsubishi lancer either GTS Radiant or Evo, depending on price. How much lower can the dealerships go down from the sticker price. Like Discounts and stuff. im also military so im hoping for a discount for that too.|||The Evo they won't budge on much, they don't make that many. The GTS they'll come off as much as 4k, I just priced one out but chose an '09 Sentra instead. Best thing to do is go to carsdirect.com and see what they say.|||Um- I think you meant Ralliart.
