What are the best tires for a Mitsubishi Eclipse?

I have a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I'm on a tight budget, so I can't afford a lot. But I'm wondering, for the money (lowest possible) what are the best brand %26amp; type of tires for all season?
