How to change the turn signal bulb in a 1999 Mitsubishi Montero Sport?

I have a 1999 Mitsubishi Montero Sport and need to change the turn signal bulb. Can't find a way to do this. Does anyone know how?|||Because you do it inside the wheelwell.
